Researchers found out in science studies, that being grateful every day increases vitality and happiness. They showed that physical symptoms such as headaches, dizziness or muscle tension were reduced, people slept longer and better. The overall fitness also improved.

Sounds great, doesn’t it?! So we gave it a try, got creative, and wrote a long list of all the stuff that we are actually tremendous thankful about, but don’t occasionally think of.

Just writing down this list let to the remarkable situation, that we later did remember on some of the items, when entering the very special situations they describe. And this gave us not only a smile, but also a deep feeling of gratitude – and happiness!

Conclusion: it did work!

Well, this made us happy and definitely proved that this simple trick technically worked well!
